Emma Stone: third Oscar nomination and a real estate deal in record time

The actress has started 2024 on a very good foot: she has received her third Oscar nomination for 'Poor Creatures' – she has one for La La Land – and she has sold her house in Los Angeles for 3.6 million in two weeks, a longer deadline that reasonable in the North American market. And the charming home, located in Comstock Hills (Westwood), received more than a hundred visits and multiple offers.

Built in 1926, Stone renovated it when he bought it in 2019, changing the kitchen and adding a guest house but has kept its historic structures intact. Spanish in style, the façade is cream and light green and the garden has terracotta floors, lawns and landscaped shrubs. The house covers 300 m2 on two floors and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a hall with high ceilings, moldings and a curved staircase, a living room with exposed beams, a fireplace and wooden floors. Stone's kitchen connects to the living room and has a large dining room.

Stone, 35, can boast an Oscar, a BAFTA, a SAG Award, two Golden Globes for best actress and a Volpi Cup. We have seen her in Zombieland, Crazy Stupid Love, Gangster Squad, two installments of The Amazing Spiderman and Cruella, in addition to the renowned La La Land and now in Poor Creatures.
