In La Vanguardia Readers' Photos we can relive the authentic bucolism that is breathed around the Vilagelans castle. We are located in Granollers de la Plana, in the Osona region.
Vilagelans is declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest. In fact, on top of the old castle, documented since 1012, a square house was built in the 16th century.
It included the Santa Fe chapel next door, with a Romanesque plan, although greatly transformed. In 1920, an annex with a central tower was built.
Spread out from Gurb, Granollers de la Plana is a town centered on the parish of Sant Esteve de Granollers, a religious building from the 10th century.
This small town located in Plana de Vic has great charm. Its few inhabitants live in old farmhouses that give the place a medieval air.
