Two men were attacked this Saturday in Tortosa. The events occurred at 2:30 in the morning on Sunday in Sant Blai street. A girl alerted her partner that the victims were scolding and bothering her when she was going down the street and he hit one of the men, whom she knocked unconscious after kicking him several times in the face and head.
The victim has a broken jaw and severe trauma. She then hit the other man who was also injured. Both were transferred to the Tortosa Virgen de la Cinta Hospital. The Local Police of Tortosa carried out the first actions and the Mossos d'Esquadra have opened an investigation.
As reported by the Tortosa City Council, the most seriously injured was transferred to the Joan XXIII Hospital in Tarragona. This Monday afternoon, the attacker, a 21-year-old young man of Moroccan nationality, was arrested and accused of a crime of injury.
