Alejandro Sancho, son of María Jiménez, expelled from his house for non-payment

Alejandro Sancho, son of María Jiménez and Pepe Sancho, seems to be going through a very difficult time. After the death of the artist, the businessman's financial situation would have plummeted, to such an extent that he had to leave the apartment where he lived after several months without paying the rent.

María Jiménez's son would have been residing in the house with his family, but after several non-payments, the owners of the house would have asked him to leave the property, something to which Sancho would have initially refused, until they finally managed to to leave, and not on good terms.

It was Saúl Ortiz, deputy director of Fiesta, who explained in the program that the artist's son had also left the apartment in "deplorable" conditions. The journalist was able to contact the owners of the house, who assured that they had been trying for "a long time" to get Alejandro Sancho to leave "the right way."

Apparently, the artist's son promised the owners that he would pay them "when his mother gave him the money," but that never happened. What's more, according to Ortiz, he planned to buy the home in the short term.

According to the owner, Sancho barricaded himself in the house, and there was no way to make him see reason. "After a long time trying hard, the owners were finally able to kick him out of the house, and not exactly through judicial means," added Ortiz, explaining that the exit from the house "was not friendly." According to the journalist, Sancho left the house completely destroyed and totally uninhabitable.

Alejandro Sancho is the artist's universal heir, like her only son, and manages all of her assets and image rights. His financial situation was unknown to the press until now, but it seems that his debts ended up overwhelming him.

"She has an inheritance," said journalist Marisa Martín-Blázquez, adding that "it is not what she could have had because María Jiménez generated a lot of money at the time and had properties that she lost."

Currently, Sancho has established his residence in one of these properties: the house in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) that his mother left him as an inheritance. A house of about 130 square meters on more than 3,000 of a plot that the singer showed during her interview in Mi casa es la tuya. A house with a pool and outdoor living room, all decorated with a very Andalusian touch.
