A woman has been seriously injured in a fire this Monday in a flat in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat. According to the firefighters, the events occurred in the afternoon. The emergency department has sent ten crews, which have rescued the woman from inside the home.
In parallel, a man suffered minor injuries when he fell off the building's façade and fell from a second story while fleeing the flames. Due to the fire, a dog also died inside the apartment.
The fire started in the kitchen and the other residents of the building were not affected. The SEM, which has activated seven ground units for this incident, has explained that the woman has been transferred to the Vall d'Hebron Hospital and the man to the Bellvitge Hospital.
