A minor under the age of 14 was arrested last Thursday in La Pobla de Vallbona by the Local Police of this Valencian town after trying to kill a 22-year-old with a kitchen knife to avenge an alleged rape suffered last summer.
According to the newspaper Levante, the events occurred in a local driving school, when the teenager (with the collaboration of a relative who was also detained as an accomplice by the Civil Guard) attacked his alleged attacker causing neck injuries.
According to the same newspaper, the injured man was treated by a Samu ambulance and taken to the hospital, but he is out of danger.
The same sources explain that the reasons for the attack are due to the alleged abuse that the now detainee suffered last summer by the 22-year-old.
