The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating a fight between several young people that occurred on Wednesday in the Barri Antic in Lleida. Specifically, it happened around eight in the afternoon on Arajol Street in the city and some neighbors were witnesses.
In the images, which have gone viral on social networks, you can see how two young people argue with fists in the presence of three other people. At one point, one of those who was watching him decided to intervene and severely hit one of those involved in the fight, throwing him to the ground.
Then, he kicks him in the head, knocks him unconscious and leaves the scene. Only one of the boys remains to try to help the young man.
The police are working to identify the alleged perpetrators and those involved in the fight. According to police sources cited by the newspaper Segre, the boy suffers injuries to his lip and possibly a fracture to his nose.
It all happened the same day that the Mossos and the Urban Police arrested four people following a mass fight that took place in the Mariola neighborhood. The confrontation led to a significant police deployment.
The Urban Police detained two people on site after the events while the other two were detained by the Mossos in the morning, one at his home in the same neighborhood and the other at the Arnau Hospital in Vilanova.
