The National Police is investigating a mass fight in which around fifteen young people were involved in the early hours of last Saturday in the Nueva Málaga area, in the capital.
The incident, according to police sources, resulted in an injured person being taken to the hospital. At the moment there have been no arrests.
The 112 Andalucía Emergency service received the notification around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 30, due to a brawl involving a group of young people. Between 10 and 15 people would have been involved in the fight.
According to witnesses, the young people insulted and attacked each other, even using bottles and helmets. The fight would have spread through several areas, advancing from Nueva Málaga to Miraflores along the José Iturbi, Brújula, Valdevira and Nuestra Señora de los Clarines roads.
They also reported that a young man was injured lying on the ground. Upon the arrival of the paramedics, they treated the victim, who suffered a severe blow to the head but was conscious, and evacuated him to the Regional Hospital, as Diario Sur reported this Wednesday.
The National Police, who also attended the scene, have taken charge of the investigation to clarify what happened.
