The Tarragona Civil Guard is investigating the discovery of a corpse in an advanced state of decomposition on the Miracle beach in the town, sources close to the events reported to Europa Press this Thursday.
A lifeguard has notified the meeting of the corpse dragged by the sea this Thursday at noon and the emergency and police services have been activated.
The same sources have explained that members of the Civil Guard have carried out the removal of the body. The police force has opened an investigation and investigators believe that the victim could have been dead a long time ago.
The first indications suggest that the torso could belong to a woman.
