The National Police arrested a 30-year-old man on Friday as the alleged perpetrator of the death of a woman at her home in Mieres, whom he had allegedly accessed to steal. The body was found on Thursday.
As confirmed by police sources to Europa Press, the investigations are still open and more arrests are not ruled out. The crime occurred in the early afternoon when officers received a call alerting them. They moved to the place and verified the death of the woman with signs of violence.
The agents who have taken over the investigation are investigating what happened based on the evidence obtained. The deceased woman was in her 60s.
