A 22-year-old girl died this Thursday after falling from a wall while climbing in El Chorro, in the Malaga municipality of Álora, as reported by the 112 Andalucía Emergency system.
Thus, around 11:30 a.m., Telephone 112 received a distress call warning of a woman falling from a wall while climbing in the Swiss sector, on the Arab Stairs. The alerters required rescue and medical assistance for the woman who had fallen from about 30 meters and hit her head.
Immediately, the coordinating room has mobilized the Civil Guard, which has activated its Mountain Rescue and Intervention Group (Greim), the 061 Health Emergency Center and the Provincial Firefighters Consortium.
Once they have arrived at the place, the health services have not been able to do anything to save the woman's life, for which reason the judicial protocol has been activated.
