La Vuelta a España 2023: schedule and where on TV to see Stage 5 between Morella and Burriana

A new opportunity for the sprinters of the 2023 Vuelta a España. If the arrival of Tarragona in the fourth stage was more for powerful men than for sprinters, at Burriana in Castellón they will finally be able to enjoy an opportunity where the fastest will be able to put all its virtues.

Among the favorites to take the stage, Juan Sebastián Molano (UAE Emirates), the Italian Alberto Dainese (DSM), the French Bryan Coquard (Cofidis), the Australian Kaden Groves (Alpecin), Hugo Hofstetter (Arkéa) or the Spanish Iván García Curtain (Movistar).

The race will start from a thousand meters of altitude to finish in Burriana next to the Mediterranean shore. Next, a broken route awaits them at the beginning, but tending downwards, to finish completely flat of 186.2 kilometers.

In the fourth stage of the Tour of Spain between Andorra La Vella and Tarragona, the Australian Kaden Groves (Alpecin Deceuninck) won the sprint, while the Belgian Remco Evenepol kept the leader's red jersey.

In its Stage 5, the Vuelta a España 2023 peloton will travel 186.5 kilometers between Morella and Burriana, both municipalities of Castellón. The event will begin at 12:50 p.m., and can be seen on television on RTVE and Eurosport and can also be followed live on the La Vangurdia website.
