Alcaraz - Zverev: time and where the ATP Finals 2023 match will be played on TV

Carlos Alcaraz begins his journey this Monday at the Nitto ATP Finals 2023, the tournament that brings together the best players in the ATP ranking and is held from November 12 to 19 in the Italian city of Turin. It will mark the debut of the Murcian, after last year he could not participate due to an abdominal injury when he was going to start as first seed.

In transalpine lands, the Murcian has fallen into the red group along with Daniil Medvedev, 27 years old and number 3 in the world; Andrey Rublev, 26 and number 5; and Alexander Zverev, also 26 and who is number 8.

This Monday he will face Zverev. It will be the seventh time they face each other. In his duels, equality has always reigned: three victories for the German and three for the Murcian.

Alcaraz will have to bring out his best version. However, the young player from Murcia, who at 20 years old is still number 2 in the world, is paying for his bad moment, as was demonstrated in the loss against the Russian Roman Safiullin by 3-6 and 4-6.

Despite not reaching his best moment, the Murcian has the opportunity to challenge Djokovic and become the third Spanish tennis player to win the title that is put up for grabs among the eight best players each year and achieve what eluded him. Rafa Nadal and only two other compatriots achieved it, Manuel Orantes in 1976 and Álex Corretja in 1998.

The Nitto ATP Finals 2023 match between Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev will be played this Monday, November 13, starting at 2:30 p.m. The meeting can be seen on television on Movistar and can also be followed live through the La Vanguardia website.
