Joana Sanz has been expelled from the conjugal home she shared with Dani Alves in Barcelona. The Brazilian footballer is in custody in Brians II accused of raping a 23-year-old woman at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona on December 30.
The model from Tenerife wants to divorce her still-husband and the Alves family made it a condition that, if she wanted to continue living in the house they shared in Barcelona, she had to sign a confidentiality contract. Joana Sanz flatly refused, which is why she was kicked out of the home they shared in the Catalan capital.
As explained on Sunday in the Telecinco program, Fiesta, Dinora Santana, the first wife of Dani Alves and mother of the footballer's two children, proposed to Sanz to sign a "clause to keep silence" in everything that concerns their marriage with the Brazilian athlete. But she, who until now has tried to stay away from the accusation, and who even at the beginning defended her husband's innocence, has said enough, and now that she has filed for divorce she prefers to be free to decide what position to adopt: whether to be silent or to speak. That's when Alves' environment made the decision to invite her to leave the conjugal home.
"They offer him a deal: in exchange for staying in that house, he should sign a clause to keep silent. Joana is not ready to sign any deal, and that's when they tell her that she has to leave the house immediately, and they kick her out of there", revealed a collaborator of the program. Apparently, the relationship between Joana Sanz, Dani Alves and the footballer's family "is more broken than ever", according to Fiesta. The couple is currently in divorce proceedings, as the model confirmed a few days ago, but "he is refusing and that complicates everything", said Sanz, who denied that he was receiving money from the Brazilian to delay the separation process.
Leaving the flat they shared was something she hadn't considered at first, but since she's been kicked out she's taken it as an opportunity to open a new stage. A few days ago the model from Tenerife published on Instagram a story in which you could see the image of many packed boxes, typical of a move, and the phrase: "Closing stages".
Sanz wants to distance himself and, since he has to leave his home, he has thought it best to also leave the city where he settled when he left Tenerife to start his career as a model and where he met Dani Alves. Now he believes that the time has come to close this stage in Barcelona and apparently he wants to open a new one in Madrid.
But it seems that it will not be easy, because a day after publishing the image of the moving boxes, Joana also revealed on social networks that Dani Alves rejects the divorce agreement: "This complicates everything", explained the model , who is ready to break up the marriage.
According to the Telecinco program, Sanz could have started a new relationship with a Madrid businessman, with whom she has already been seen walking the streets, which is why the model wants to establish her residence in Madrid. But for now no more details are known.
