The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, at an informative breakfast at Nueva Economía Fórum this Tuesday, has once again supported her boss, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, with the idea of presenting in the Senate, the regional parliaments, the city councils and the deputations "a motion for all political representatives to say if they are with the equality before the law of all Spaniards, wherever they live, and if they are against the nationalists' assault on national sovereignty, the rule of law, the truth, history and the separation of powers".

Ayuso criticizes the amnesty again: "Sánchez changes votes due to impunity for those who commit serious crimes"

In his opinion, the current acting president, Pedro Sánchez, "is willing not only to illegally forgive those who have not even asked for forgiveness, but also to swallow the lie that Spain is not a liberal democracy with all the guarantees. And in line with these statements, the question was asked: "Is this how Sánchez works for the good name of Spain and its institutions in the world?"

In her usual tone of firing darts at Sánchez, the president of the Community of Madrid has insisted on "Are the coup plotters being granted their fallacious status as political prisoners?" In Ayuso's opinion, "I cannot imagine greater betrayal, nor greater fraud, nor greater humiliation to all those who, starting with the state security forces and bodies, loyally complied with the law and who now see how Sánchez changes votes due to impunity to who commit serious crimes."

This is how Ayuso started on Tuesday, when he will meet with the leaders of Más Madrid (Mónica García) and PP (Carlos Díaz-Pache) to continue with the meetings he held on Monday afternoon with Vox and PSOE to talk about the new course political. In this sense, he thanked the Madrid opposition for making them a "better government" after meeting with the spokespersons for Vox, Rocío Monasterio, and for the PSOE, Juan Lobato, at the Real Casa de Correos, headquarters of the regional Presidency.

Before the media, Monasterio described the meeting as "cordial" and took the opportunity to urge the president to repeal the Community's LGTBI laws and lower taxes. Lobato, for his part, called the meeting "cordial", but believes that the meeting was "a little flat" and reiterated his request to extend the schools' hours with activities.

For his part, the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Local Administration, Miguel Ángel García, described the two meetings as "very fruitful", which have been both "intense" and "extensive".

In both cases, the consequences of DANA that have seriously affected some municipalities in the southwest of the region were addressed. In this sense, the Madrid counselor defended that a sum of 10 million euros has already been made available to help them.

Likewise, the problem of housing has been discussed. "We believe that this has to be the housing legislature and therefore we have also asked all the parliamentary groups that all those measures that they consider appropriate be added to ours," he stressed, although he highlighted that Madrid "is one of the regions where more public housing is being built.

The Madrid Government and these two opposition parties have also addressed 'back to school'. Regarding this, the Madrid Executive took pride in the new infrastructure and the 2,000 new teachers and reaffirms its commitment to "continue lowering the ratio of students in classes." The need to unify the headquarters in the City of Justice, the Cybersecurity Law and public transportation were other issues addressed.

Regarding the meeting with Vox, as reported by García, there has been talk that Madrid is right now "one of the favorite places for investors, for all those who are in the market and for those who want to start an activity on their own." own."

"We have shared the need to continue betting on those policies that allow us to continue attracting investment and, therefore, continue creating jobs, which is one of the main priorities we have," he explained.

Another point they have discussed is the concern of the Madrid Government and Vox about the general political situation. García has admitted that "logically" they have talked "about the difficulties and the general political context" but they have not gone into talking about issues that do not concern them.

They have also addressed the preparation of the Budgets, after they could not be approved last year, and have confirmed that they will be sent "to the Assembly in a timely manner." "All contributions that you want to make to us will be welcome and, if not, then in the parliamentary process," he noted.

Regarding Vox's request to make public spending more efficient, as García shared, the regional Executive has stressed that Madrid is one of the "most austere" administrations and in the health field they have agreed on the "shared concern " for the addictions of young people.

Regarding the meeting with the PSOE, he emphasized that the socialists have not brought them "any plan or any project that is too specific." In any case, they have conveyed their commitment that the regional Executive will continue working "to continue maintaining the best public services, the best health, the best education, the network and the broadest network of social services."

In the educational field, Lobato has returned to the issue of extending school hours. Ayuso's 'number two' has stated that they are "receptive" and has emphasized that the Ministry of Education has been working for a long time to ensure that schools can have "activities outside of school hours." In any case, he has made it clear that "there has been no compromise on a particular issue."

The Community Government has asked both parliamentary groups to "add their proposals" to theirs. Despite the absolute majority, García has stressed that they want to "continue listening to all political actors." "I am left with that cordiality, with that spirit of collaboration so that together we can also address common objectives and challenges," he concluded.
