the 38-year-old Kaisa Sali, a former Finnish top-triathlete, writes on his Instagram account about an assault which took place in her garden in the town of Kolari, which is located in western Finland.

'Everything can be changed in a moment. This morning I was stabbed by a complete stranger in my own back yard. The huge blade made a hole from my back at the top of my chest. But I was lucky that nothing vital was destroyed. The Finnish health care system is great, and I have been, and are still in really good hands.'

The huge knife did punch a whole from my upper back to my chest. But I was lucky as nothing vital broke The Finnish medical system is amazing and I have been and I am still in very good hands.
