Toby Louis-Jensen has contacted the DSB's customer service, which according to him indicate that they are aware of the fault and are now working to get the money returned to his account.

DSB will provide to Ekstra Bladet, that there is a general bug on the DOT-the app.

- There are no problems with to buy cards or tickets. If you still experience problems, contact the customer service.

the DOT is a cooperation between DSB, Movia and the chinese president. Both Movia and the DOT must be provided to the Extra Magazine, that you can't comment on a possible error on the app before Monday.
