The unknown man crushes Maschas dream: - I'm so frustrated

February started excellent for Mascha Vang, who jubilantly happy could tell that she had finally bought an apartment in Copenhagen. Now is the boligdrøm crushed in a very spectacular case, she writes on her blog.

the Hunt for the right apartment had lasted for well over a year before the blogger found the right place and dropped to 4.7 million. crowns for the residence. Over for Extra Blade she clasped her firmly that she was really glad that it all finally fallen into place.

- It is simply so delightful. It has been a struggle beyond the usual, because there have been so many things, the opportunity, here, has had to live up to with the location, residency requirements, and all this stuff, she said at the time, and told him that it would come to help her stress levels because she was not forced to reach the train home to Kolding or stay at a hotel in Copenhagen.

Now her joy, however, suffered a crack. The she writes on Instagram.

'I've slept the first night in the apartment, or actually I have not slept. I'm so frustrated, angry and upset! There is simply moved a strange man into, and I don't get to know who he is,' she writes in the advertisement.

The stranger is not physically moved in with Mascha Vang. But he has taken her address. And it can have major consequences for her dream of having an apartment in Copenhagen, she writes in her latest blog post.

'I have got a mail of my lawyer, to bopælspligten is in force, then a person has taken the address of my apartment. The person is obviously not me, to the whole idea of buying this apartment is that you don't have the address here,' she writes, and continues:

'as soon As a person has had the address here, so there are residency requirements, and therefore, I will not be able to own it and to use it as I will, when I have a house in Kolding, where I live and have address. It is what it is all about, with the apartment here. It has been so comprehensive with this trade - and now this!'

Mascha Vang writes on the blog that she has tried to call around to various agencies, but she could not ascertain who the person is - other than that there is talk about a man.

But the person has signed up for her address and reported to the public, that he has moved into. She can't understand how it can be done, but in the worst case it can mean that she is once again on the boligjagt.

'I have even cancelled the delivery of some furniture, as I in worst case have to sell the apartment asap (as soon as possible, red.) and take a financial loss, if not will rectify it. Apartments without residency requirements are more expensive than apartments with bopælsligt, so there is also a substantially loss of value in connection with the fact that someone takes the address of the apartment.'

Time will tell if Mascha Vang resolve the situation, or if she must throw herself out of the hunt at the apartment in the capital.

the Extra Leaf has been trying to get explanatory comments from Mascha Vang, but it has not yet been possible.
