But although it might sound expensive, it is actually not far from the average in the area.
Hornbæk, which is located in Helsingør Municipality on zealand's north coast, is among the country's most expensive sommerhusområder.

Langers cottage is thus offered for sale with a price per square meter on the well 47.500 dollars, while the average for similar housing types in the area sounds at 41.500 euros.
Mads Langer has in the past both bought and sold homes in the exclusive end of the scale.
Last year sold the 35-year-old musician his apartment in Frederiksberg in Copenhagen for eur 11.6 million, while Langer and the lady, Julie Lillelund, instead, has been able to beat their common dørskilt on a 282 square meters large villa in Valby, which cost 17 million crowns.
