the Town of Teora in the region of Campania is now trying to get a reduction to life, but they have chosen a slightly different approach than many other Italian cities, which offer the ramshackle homes for just one euro.
the Authorities in Teora will pay your rent if you move there. They want people to settle in the city and not only buy up holiday homes. It writes CNN.
Why would they give newcomers 150 euro (1121 euros) to rent per month in two years. But of course there is a snag. The offer is only addressed to people who have at least one child, and then you have to promise to settle in the city in three years.
