The australian boxer with 19 wins and just two defeats has survived cancer, but not his sport.

'The Fighting Cowboy' training together with letmellemvægteren Michael Zerafa in order to get him in shape for the next battle, and here he was hit by a very unfortunate blow.

During a sparring he was hit on the body, then lurched back to his corner, and fell. He could not be revived.

As a child, he was twice diagnosed with cancer. First when he was six months and later, when he was 18 months old.

- I can't imagine the pain that my mother and grandmother went through with alel the trips back and forth to the doctors in Melbourne. Fortunately, there have not been any signs that it would be returned, he said back in august.
