Sold for over 100 million. kr.: His former club gets nothing

In Lyngby had hoped that Jacob Bruun Larsen was changed to Bournemouth. For so it had appeared at the Superliga club.

But the 21-year-old winger selected in the transfervinduets the last day to switch Dortmund with Hoffenheim in a trade in the 100-110 million. kr.-class.

None of millionerne end up in take up considerable klubkasse, even if the club was to develop the talented offensivspiller, currently are listed for an a-international match.

It is due to national change need not be paid træningskompensation or the so-called solidaritetsbetaling.

Had Jacob Bruun Larsen instead chosen Premier League club Bournemouth, which also would buy him, had Lyngby scored a part in the solidaritetsbetalingen (the amount represents five per cent. of the net proceeds and shall be distributed according to a distribution key between the clubs where he has appeared, from the time he was 12 to 23 years).

It is not only Lyngby, which can fret over, that the rules do not apply to national changes. Jacob Bruun Larsen played his first year in Hornbæk, before he went on to Lyngby.

It is five years ago, Lyngby sent the then 16-year-old stortalent to Borussia Dortmund. Bruun Larsen had at the time does not contract with Lyngby and therefore there was not a real transfer.

By the same reason, Lyngby't get a videresalgsklausul in agreement with the German team, therefore, does not need to send a percentage of the transfer to the Lundetoftevej.

Lyngby got in his time of just under two million. kr. for Jacob Bruun Larsen.

Dortmund was not obliged to pay, but as recognition of the fine talentarbejde and to maintain a good relationship, they chose to pay Lyngby 250,000 euros for Jacob Bruun Larsen.

The amount has now been about 50 times greater, but the brands they are not in Lyngby.

Jacob Bruun Larsen is the biggest purchase in Hoffenheims history, and he will be teammate with Robert Woods in the second-division club.
