She sticks to the Loop

Former prime minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt holds under S-congress passed a longer harmless lecture on the chaotic british society, where parliament is a madhouse and the difference between rich and poor is huge.

It is here, she now resides together with her husband Stephen Kinnock.

But on the way into the great hall in the heart of Aalborg, she gets nevertheless just sent a suppository of place against Lars Løkke Rasmussen, who in contrast to her self chose not to go on election night, after he lost the prime minister post.

- I am reminded of in these days, how differently we did it in his time. I left a party, where many had come back to us. More than every fourth dane had shown confidence in the elections in 2015. And we had over the fløjkrige that had been running for many years. And we had a formandskandidat prepared, as the whole party was ready to back up.

- Therefore, I left the prime minister and party chairman, at one and the same time. I think I did it right, she says.

In its formandstale interpreted by several observers as a suppository to Helle Thorning-Schmidt from Mette Frederiksen, as the prime minister on its pension plans, said:

- I have not spent four years on rebuilding confidence in the Social democrats. So now to run from what we said in the election campaign.

But how to perceive Helle Thorning-Schmidt is not at all the pointed words.

I just think, she said, you should keep the things you put forward in the election campaign. We did the also. It has Mette also going to do. I think it is fine, says Helle Thorning-Schmidt.

Extra Magazine would like to know if eks-the prime minister is happy that she got more votes stripped down to the leader of the Party in 2015 than Mette Frederiksen in 2019. A fact which has done harm in the current's management. And like Mette Frederiksen lamented in his formandstale.

But Helle Thorning-Schmidt insists the smoothing line.

- It is the details, she says.
