Submit materialA volcano has gone in the eruption on White Island in New Zealand on Monday. The volcanic island is located about 50 kilometers from the east coast of New Zealand's north island.
More people are feared to be injured, inform the authorities according to AFP news agency.
New Zealand's prime minister, Jacinda Ardern, informs, according to the news agency Reuters, that 100 people were on or near the island when the volcano erupted.
Several persons "may not be ready for," she says.
