A seven-year-old girl, who early on Thursday night during halloween in Chicago, USA was dressed as a humblebi, has been hit by two pistol shot. A shot hit her in the chest, and another shot hit her in the neck-region.
the Girl was according to police, a random victim of stray bullets, while she was out to rattle along with his family. Several shots were at the scene of the crime, fired by three criminal men, who chased a 31-year-old man in an area where lots of children were out to celebrate halloween.

police commissioner Rocco Alioto tells that the seven-year-old after skudepisoden in the neighborhood of Little Village in Chicago was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was in a very critical condition.
A group of three men chasing a 31-year-old man along the street and began firing shots at the fleeing. The 31-year-old man was hit by a shot in one hand. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was treated for his gunshot wound in the hand.
A witness to the episode by the name of Lali Lara has told how the little girl's father cried, after his daughter had been hit by the shot:
- We heard the shots. Four shots in total. I went out on the street, and here I heard the girl's father screaming: 'My little girl has been shot', tells Lali Lara to the Chicago Tribune. Lali Lara working in a mobile shop in the same street, where the little girl was hit by the shots.
Police chief Rocco Alioto tells that the criminals ' ruthless behaviour is totally unacceptable.
