As Rod Stewart new year's eve, dressed in a gold-lameret jacket arrived at the prestigious hotel 'The Breakers Palm Beach in the state of Florida, together with a large group, including his wife Penny and his adult son Sean, it went totally wrong.
Rod Stewart and the group had planned to their minor children to participate in a børnefest at the hotel, including Rod Stewart's two sons, 14-year-old Alastair and 8-year-old Aiden. But they were stopped by a ticket-check, because there was only access for invitees.
Then the developer case to a violent confrontation between the security guard Jessie Dixon, and Rod Stewart and his 38-year-old son, Sean.
Both Rod Stewart and his son Sean was in the month of January charged in the case. Rod Stewart was accused of having beaten with the fist toward the security guard, while Sean was accused of having pushed him. At the time explained to the police that they had the incident on a surveillance camera. Both father and son have denied the culprit in the case.

Rod Stewart and his son Sean will be meeting up at the court in Florida on Tuesday, where they both now are accused of violence. An indictment, in the UNITED states can provide up to one year in prison.
Several major media outlets like CNN and The Guardian have previously written about voldssagen.
But now the british media the Daily Mail got hold of an exclusive video, that shows that the 75-year-old british rock singer Rod Stewart allegedly making fun of a security guard with a nazi salute, before he sends a punched against him. The video can be seen at the Daily Mail here.
On the video it is unclear whether Rod Stewart punched framework, the 33-year-old security guard Jessie Dixon. He claims, however, that he was hit on the left side of his chest.
On the video you can also see that it is Rod Stewart's wife, Penny, who's managed to stand the parties and create calm over the situation. According to the police report from that night, it appears that Rod Stewart apologized for his behavior, before he left the hotel area.
The 33-year-old security guard has according to the media, also plans to make a civil action against Rod Stewart.
