Parents charged with: Baby broken bones and had a stroke

A few weeks old girl was subjected to 'rystevold', so she sustained a brain hemorrhage, several they, more breakage on one thigh bone, fractures in one shin and red and blue brands.

How does it sound in the indictment against the girl's parents, a 27-year-old mother and a 36-year-old father, who on Wednesday made for a jury at the Court in Hjørring.

Here is the parents indicted for abuse, with considerable injury to body or health to follow. The pair refuses to commit.

the Prosecution believes that the violence occurred during the particularly aggravating circumstances in the period from 4. march 2018 9. may 2018.

the Violence happened in the couple's home in Frederikshavn, where they, according to the indictment, 'several times' practiced violence against the unnamed daughter, who was born in the beginning of 2018.

in Addition to rystevold used the parents allegedly punches and/or other blunt violence against the head, body and limbs.

According to the indictment sustained the girl say 'abusive head trauma' and 'battered child syndrome' in addition to the aforementioned injuries.

There is substantial risk that she will get permanent injury or becomes an invalid, says the public prosecutor.

the Matter has been raised by a jury and this means that the prosecution - if the court finds the pair guilty - will claim more than four years in prison for the parents.
