Steve Easterbrook acknowledges in an email he has sent to the employees, that the relationship with an employee was a mistake.

'In view of the company's values, I agree with the board that it is time for me to move on', he writes in the email.

the Board voted for Steve Easterbrooks departure on Friday.

Board member Chris Kempczinksi is appointed as the new participants director.
