Footballer death: Got beaten up in the city before the battle

The former Huddersfield player Jordan Sinnott has tragically died after he allegedly got beaten up on Friday night.

According to the BBC, he was found unconscious the night of Saturday with a fractured skull, and he died of his injuries at the hospital shortly before at 19 Danish time.

the attack is linked to an episode at a car park in front of a pub in Retford in Nottinghamshire, where police were summoned to a major battle, a few hours before Jordan Sinnott was found. A 27-year-old man has been arrested in the case - suspected of dødsvold.

Jordan Sinnott was leased to the Matlock Town FC from Alfreton Town - also their fight was postponed.
