Extra Magazine gets new editor-in-chief

the Extra Leaf will have two new editors-in-chief, who, with reference to the responsible editor-in-chief Poul Madsen has responsibility for each area.

Pernille Holbøll, 37, will become the editor in chief of Breaking, which is Ekstra nyhedsmotor. She will also have the responsibility to make the dawn.dk even stronger, both nyhedsmæssigt and in the way to tell stories.

- I am looking insanely much forward to continue working with the absolute most talented, most inspirational and uncompromising employees and together ensure that the Extra Magazine each and every day continues to be relevant for the danes, says Pernille Holbøll.

Kristoffer Eriksen, 33, will become editor-in-chief for the Agenda, there probably is Denmark's largest gravergruppe with more than 20 journalists, who each day will challenge all who have the power in politics, the professions and in society.

- I look forward enormously to working on the Extra Leaf, where confrontational and critical journalism is so ingrained.

- It is needed more than ever. And I will, together with the talented journalists here do too, that those in power also in the future will want the Extra Blade to go, where the peppery sprouts - maybe even try to close us, " says Kristoffer Eriksen about his new role.

Poul Madsen believes that the new editors-in-chief is ushering in a completely new time:

- Pernille and Kristoffer grew up in the digital world and will, therefore, uniquely able to develop and add Extra the Magazine's cutting-edge journalism a new dimension in digital media terms, and in public they will provide Ekstra journalism a modern voice, says Poul Madsen.

Pernille Holbøll and Kristoffer Eriksen joins in Ekstra chefredaktion 1. January 2020.

Behind the new editors-in-chief

since 2017 has been the digital chief at Ekstra Bladet, and before the bl.a. news chief at Metro and redaktionschef on TV2 News.

until recently be news chief at the now-defunct Radio24syv. Before that, he was bl.a. host on the Dr Detector and morgenvært on Radio24syv.
