All employees who have been in the group in 2019 in more than six months, receives the bonus.

The 75-year-old company has increased their sales by 7.9 percent in 2019 and has thus achieved a turnover of 4.7 billion dollars in this fiscal year.
Employees receive praise for their hard work to achieve IKEA's goals. And therefore they must all have a bite of the cake.

I am therefore very pleased that we can now pay this bonus, and that all employees are satisfied, for each has made an exemplary effort, says managing director of IKEA Johan Laurell in a press release.
The executive director explains that the bonus is a manifestation that all employees have been part of that the company has reached their goal.
