Rikke acknowledges that Sanne bear part of the blame for the fact that she had the courage to appear on tv in the physically and mentally tough tv program.

- Sanne has contributed to the fact that I chose to report me to 'the Island - a new beginning'. She has been a great inspiration for me, because I have seen her on tv. She's pretty tough.

- We are a small tv family, and we have also said to our last sister, that she must to sign up for something, tells Rikke to the Extra Magazine and continues:

'Robinson' reminds some of 'the Island', but then I have also followed the british version of 'the Island' in seven years, I've always wanted to be with, she continues and explains, why she just volunteered for 'the Island' ahead of going in his sister's footsteps:

- There is more competition and the endurance of 'Robinson', and I have a bit of a feeling that it would be a little too hard for me. Even though I have much willpower, so is my sister so a little more very competitive person than me. There is 'the Island' more for me. Also, because it is pure survival and not so much drama as there is in the 'Robinson'. It appealed to me, it was more about cooperation, and that one was not thrown out, she says.
