Brutal attempted rape by the Hill: Found dna from the victim in flugtbilen

the Two alleged rapists drove away in a Mercedes from the Dyrehavsbakken in Klampenborg, and the police have now found dna in the car from the 43-year-old woman who was attacked in the woods by the Hill.

the Woman was never inside the car. But police believe there is talk about 'afsmittet the dna, where one of the 26-year-old men, according to the charges, vulnerable woman for serious violence and attempted rape in the forest floor, while the other 26-year-old held vigil and filmed the attack with his mobile, got the woman's dna on herself during the attack.

Then he set aside the dna from the woman on the car's interior. Her dna is with a security of 1:1.000.000 found on the inside of the armrest at the front right door and at the epa often conducts reviews. Moreover, there is found dna on the steering wheel rim, which is believed to originate from the woman, however only with a security of 1:258.

It appears by the order of the court; from a grundlovsforhør by the Court in Lyngby, denmark on Thursday, where the one 26-year-old was jailed for four weeks, while the other, who allegedly filmed the abuse, was released. Both men refuse to commit.

the Police have also gathered video surveillance from the Hill, showing that the two accused over the longer time went on the Hill along with the 43-year-old woman and talked with her. They left an area on the Hill, where there was no monitoring, just before the woman left the Tray.

According to the charges laid hold of one 26-year-old woman from behind, held her mouth and pulled her into a clump of bushes in the Garden, where she was thrown down on the ground. He held her firmly on her stomach and pulled her clothes off her. When the woman resisted, she received several blows and kicks in the face and the offender stopped the grass in her mouth, while he said 'should I kill you?'

The other man kept watch and filmed the loose with the cell phone. The woman did however so fierce resistance and shouted for help, the men fled. They have even explained that they left the Hill in Mercedesen.

The one 26-year-old was already in prison 11. september, but released again two days later by The high Court. The police intercepted while the other suspected telephone, and he 'rejoiced' over the release. The day after voldtægtsforsøget he threw away his mobile away and bought a new one.

Police have not found the phone where the recording of voldtægtsforsøget is believed to lie on.

last Thursday was the 26-year-old arrested and produced in court, where the judge found that there was reasonable suspicion against both. But that was the only basis for varetægtsfængsle the 26-year-old, who is suspected of having committed voldtægtsforsøget.

– We are almost finished with the investigation and believe we have a good case. It will be soon sent to the lawyers for the purpose of assessing the charge, saying efterforskningsleder Jacob Grell.
