Fodboldfremtiden is in place for Morten Frendrup, who has extended his contract with Brøndby until 2023.
An agreement such as the 18-year-old midtbanetalent is very satisfied with, he tells to the club's website.
- I'm really happy to be in Brøndby IF, so it was not so hard to agree with the club about an extension. In the fall I got lots of playing time, and it is cool to play somewhere where the coach dare to use and rely on young players.
- My development has been really good in both the Masterclass, and after I was moved up on varsity. I am pleased to continue the development, and it is awesome to know you are a part of the future of the team and in the club, says 18-year-old Morten Frendrup in a press release on the club's website.

He gets the praise of the club's fodbolddirektør Carsten V. Jensen, who calls it an easy decision.
- First and foremost, Morten has done well when he has gotten the chance, and he is now a player, that every game brings itself into play for the squad. His approach to being a professional footballer can't put a finger on. He claws on every single day, and with the option to get far, stresses the CV.
- A good example so we to the last training before the derby back in december. Here Morten in a hard tackle, but got up and played on without blinking.
- When the training was over, we could see that his shin was so included by the addressing, that he had a walk past the emergency room and stitched with a handful of stitches. Morten started the machine the next day. It tells much about Morten and his attitude, says Carsten V. Jensen to the club's website.
