In July she told us, that the WORLD cup victory in Japan could be used as a springboard to success at the OLYMPICS in Japan.

- Just to know the culture, the food and the local customs over here are an advantage, for it is very different than in Europe and other places in the world. So the impression we can definitely use up towards the OLYMPICS, said Beard in July after its WORLD cup victory.

Anne-Marie Rindom was at the awards ceremony up in the against the French Delphine Cousin Questel, who is the world champion in the slalom category in windsurfing, and the Spanish para-sailing Violeta del Reino, who won the WORLD cup in para-sailing.
