The investigating court 5 of Vilanova y la Geltrú, acting as a guard, has ordered provisional detention, communicated and without bail for three of the 16 detainees this week for their alleged relationship with a narco-boat intercepted by the Civil Guard on the Garraf coast . The magistrate has decided to imprison the three people who have been directly identified as occupants of one of the vehicles that carried part of the hashish bundles, as reported by the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia.
Likewise, it has provisionally released the other 13, who remain at the disposal of the judicial authority whenever they are required.
The case is open for an extremely serious crime against public health and illegal possession of weapons.
