The National Police is investigating the causes of death of a man whose body was discovered this Sunday morning on the beach of Cala Arenas, in Algeciras (Cádiz).
National Police sources have reported the discovery of the aforementioned body, stating that the investigation is pending the results of the autopsy test. In addition, the agents are working to try to identify the identity of the deceased.
Police sources have explained that the body has been located by a group of hikers in the morning, who have alerted the Police. Upon verifying that the tide could once again drag the body towards the high seas, one of the hikers managed to reach it and pull it out to shore.
Upon arrival, the police verified that the lifeless body, apparently of a man, was in an advanced state of decomposition.
