The Court of First Instance and Instruction 4 of Segovia has agreed to the entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail of a university professor who was arrested last Thursday in El Espinar (Segovia), as allegedly responsible for the disappearance of a 14-year-old adolescent in Albacete.

The Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León has detailed in a statement that this man is being investigated as allegedly responsible for crimes of sexual assault on a minor under 16 years of age, corruption of minors and internet contact with a minor under 16 years of age for the purpose of have sexual relations.

After this resolution, the Segovian court, which acted as a guard, has refrained from the case so that it falls to the competent judicial body of Albacete.

The Castilla-La Mancha Prosecutor's Office will investigate the origin of the revelations that were broadcast on a national television program on May 31 about the location of this teenager who had disappeared from Albacete and who was located on Thursday.

In a statement, the Prosecutor's Office explained that the information that was given in that program, on Wednesday the 31st in the afternoon, put the end of the investigations "at serious risk" since they could help the criminals about the investigations carried out.

Despite this, the search ended in a "satisfactory" manner, with the location of the minor and the arrest of a person, the Prosecutor's Office explained.
