The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicts a "sharp drop in temperatures" for this Tuesday, but only in the extreme north of the peninsula. An Atlantic front will affect the north and northwest of the peninsula, leaving cloudy or overcast skies, with precipitation, generally weak, in the Cantabrian area and in the north of Galicia, tending after its passage to slightly cloudy in the rest of this community.

According to the agency's forecast, the minimum temperatures will decrease in the interior of the northwest quadrant of the peninsula and in the Pyrenees. This decline will be notable in the Cantabrian area, northern Iberia and the upper Ebro, and even extraordinary in the eastern Cantabrian.

Regarding the wind, there will be trade winds and an easterly component in the Canary Islands, north and northeast winds in Galicia, with strong intervals on the northwest coasts.
