PARMA, Ohio - Paczki Day is just one day away, and the staff at Rudy's Strudel has been working virtually nonstop baking more than 75,000 paczki.

Paczki, pronounced POONCH-key, are only available in the days just before Lent begins. Fat Tuesday has become a big celebration of the donut-like snack.
Rudy's will open Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. but staff expects people to start lining up as early as 4:30 a.m. There will be live entertainment and raffles while people wait.
Rudy's is located at 5580 Ridge Road in Parma.
