Pirotecnia del Mediterráneo will set off this Saturday night the most anticipated fireworks display of the Fallas, the one known as "Nit del Foc", with a show that the company announces as "the largest in the history of the Fallas in Valencia".
For this, this pyrotechnics, founded in 2014, has prepared a "large-scale" assembly, with a 200-meter firing front and a 19-minute show, in which almost 2,000 kilos of pyrotechnic material will be burned.
Specifically, a total of 7,187 fireworks will be fired with the help of 192 firing computers synchronized from three Master machines with a total of 4,105 firing orders.
Artistically, the "Nit del Foc" will have 62 different pyrotechnic effects and colors, divided into a total of 27 sets, which can be easily seen from many of the city's terraces and rooftops due to the "numerous pieces of great caliber " which will be released.
As explained by the pyrotechnics in a statement, the show will begin with a forceful pyrodigital, which will combine sounds with fires at different heights.
Once the presentation is over, the shooting will continue with a set of authentic pyrotechnic novelties, made up of high and low pieces of great complexity and technical definition.
Throughout the 19-minute show, more traditional sets and others of new design will be fired to culminate with a final six minutes of dizzying and forceful rhythm to close the show resoundingly, in the purest style of Mediterranean Pyrotechnics.
The logistics of the show will mobilize six vehicles, including vans and large-tonnage trucks, and a total of 19 expert technicians, led by the company's manager and main designer, Antonio García Juan, who has 21 years of experience in the sector.
Pirotecnia del Mediterráneo was in charge of firing the "mascletà" in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento on Sunday, March 12, where it offered a powerful shot that received an ovation from the thousands of people gathered in this space.
The nightly fireworks, which are held between March 16 and 18, have changed locations this year and will be fired next to the City of Arts and Sciences, at an earlier time than in other years.
