CLINTON TWP. - Police who found 68 bags of heroin after responding to a call at a township home charged a 23-year-old resident with drug possession, police said.

Brittany Rello, 23, was charged with possession of heroin, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were called at 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 15, police said.

Rello was released after her arrest with a pending date to appear in court, police said.

Township police also reported two recent marijuana-related arrests. One happened on Feb. 12 when a 22-year-old Hillsborough woman was charged possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. She had been stopped for speeding on Route 31 near Country Club Drive, police said.

A 22-year-old Womelsdorf, Pa., man was also arrested and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana following a motor-vehicle stop on Route 31 on Feb. 6, police said.
