Shocking night in the Sevillian neighborhood of Torreblanca, one of the most conflictive in the city. Around 11 p.m. a shooting began in the Plaza del Platanero that ended with ten people admitted to the Virgen del Rocío Hospital with injuries of varying severity.
A National Police patrol traveled to the area and arrested the alleged perpetrator of the shots, who had used a long weapon to carry them out.
Little has emerged about the facts. The investigation remains open in order to find out the motivation for the shooting, although two hypotheses could be considered given the criminal history of the neighborhood: either it could be a drug issue or, on the other hand, it could be due to an adjustment between clans. .
At the moment, the injured, a total of 10 people, were taken to the hospital for treatment. In the vicinity of the center the agents stood guard to prevent new altercations from occurring.
