The Mossos have arrested a 54-year-old man who allegedly killed his 52-year-old cousin after accidentally shooting him with a pistol in Matadepera (Vallès Occidental).
This is what journalist Anna Punsí has advanced and police sources have confirmed it to ACN. The events occurred on Saturday, October 28 at seven in the afternoon, when the Mossos received a notice about an incident at a home in the town in which a firearm was involved.
According to the police, the alleged perpetrator was showing the gun to his relative when it accidentally went off and injured the victim.
The medical services could do nothing to save his life. The agents arrested the man for homicide due to gross negligence.
