This week, some images of the exterior of a house in Vigo have unleashed chaos among animal lovers. In them, you can see a dog trapped by the window blind from which he tries to jump.
The creepy scene was found by a woman who was walking along Baixada á Igrexa street, in Vigo. As she has detailed in her publication, during her walk she observed a "dog hanging by its hindquarters that she had hooked to the bars of a window on the first floor of the house."
After observing the dog trying to escape, the pedestrians decided to call the Local Police, who in turn notified the fire department. Unfortunately, since it was private property, the firefighters were only able to get the dog back inside the house.
This scenario has worried witnesses, since the firefighters "when they opened the blind to put him in, they saw that inside there were more dogs in very bad condition and everything was full of feces. "The wall under the dog's window was full of blood from having been hanging for so long, damaging his pads and nails" they say.
On the other hand, the version of the Local Police clashes with that of the firefighters, since the agents assure that "the dogs were in good condition", stating that the only dog in bad condition was the one that jumped out of the window.
According to the post on networks, this house could be abandoned, since its owner only "comes once a week." With a view to improving the pet's health, the Police have contacted the owner of the animals to take the injured dog to the veterinarian. Even so, netizens denounce what happened and ask that custody of their pets be removed.
