One more week we bring Miquel Antoja’s sweet recipe. In today’s video, approximately 45 seconds long, you will learn how to make a brownie with walnuts, a typical cake from American cuisine.

There are brownies of different flavors, the most common are the chocolate one and the one that Antoja shows us today, with walnuts. This recipe is not only a dessert, it can also serve as a snack or breakfast. To enjoy this delicious cake even more, it can be accompanied with a scoop of ice cream. Ingredients

> 200 grams 70% chocolate

> 200 grams butter

> 4 egg yolks

> 3 egg whites

> 50 grams sugar

> 40 grams flour

> 100 grams walnuts

> Powdered sugar

Preparation

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave, in 2-minute intervals in defrosting mode, until reaching 50ºC.

2. Blanch the yolks and 50 g of sugar with a whisk (no need to whip).

3. Whip the egg whites with 50 g of sugar.

4. Mix the melted chocolate (with the butter) with the blanched yolks.

5. And then with the help of a tongue, incorporate the whipped egg whites.

6. Finally we will add the flour and the slightly chopped nines.

7. Before baking, sprinkle, with the help of a sieve, we will add the powdered sugar on top. This way we will have a crispy layer.

8. Cook at 180ºC for 20 minutes (leave the inside a little raw).
