A boy meets an "Andalusian" seagull in Rotterdam: "My goodness, what a rhythm"

When someone lives outside their autonomous community, it is impossible not to miss the culture, gastronomy and lifestyle. The same thing happens to Erik, an Andalusian who currently resides in Rotterdam (Holland) and to whom almost everything reminds him of his beloved land.

"I was here walking around Rotterdam and I found an Andalusian seagull," explains the young man in a video published on his TikTok account. In the clip, you can see how the bird simulates a kind of clicking of heels, which reminds him of the same one that is done in the tablaos of his community: "Look what art it has."

Erik seems amazed by the pigeon's rhythm. "My goodness, what a rhythm it has. And my heels click," continues this Andalusian. And he finishes: "I miss our land too, my friend."

To publish this nice moment, the young man has chosen a song by one of the greats of flamenco, Entre dos aguas by guitarist Paco de Lucía.

Some TikTok users agree with him. "Not to miss Andalusia," says one. "Ole and ole. That's from Cádiz, from Campo de Gibraltar for sure," writes another. "Andalusia is what she has," adds another unsurprised user.
