Saying goodbye to a pet is not easy, but much worse is having it by your side and not being able to approach it and give it affection. This is what a contestant from the Dutch version of Big Brother has experienced.
The young participant, who had not seen her dog for weeks, was carrying out a test with her companions in which none of them could move from the spot. To her surprise, the program decided to bring her pet into the house, which quickly made its way to her owner.
The challenge was not to react, since if she did she would be eliminated from the game. As expected, the young woman could not hold back her tears and she burst into tears as soon as she saw her pet.
As seen in the video, the contestants remain motionless until the young woman notices that something is approaching her. When she turns her head and sees that it is her dog, she puts her hands on her head but quickly returns to her place.
Even though the dog approaches its owner and sniffs her, upon seeing her lack of reaction, it leaves the kitchen, a scene that has broken the hearts of netizens.
Users have criticized this strategy on the part of the program, which they have called petty: "The worst thing I have seen in recent years, bad for gh Holland" or "I would rather be eliminated than stop greeting my dog" are some of the the most popular comments.
