Little Tikes recalls 540K toddler swings after 39 injuries

About 540,000 Little Tikes toddler swings are being recalled because the plastic seat could crack or break, posing a fall hazard.

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission

The recall includes Little Tikes 2-in-1 Snug'n Secure pink swings, which have a T-shaped restraint in the front with the company's logo. The swings are suspended by four yellow ropes.

The company said it received about 140 reports of the swing breaking and 39 resulted in injuries. Betmoon Two of those injuries included children with a broken arm.

You can find the model number and list of date codes of the affected swings here.

The swings were sold at Wal-Mart, Toys R Us and other retailers, and online.

Consumers should stop using the swings and contact the company.
