The right-hander is recovering favorably in Seville, while reactions continue to arrive.

One of the last people to speak out was Vicky Martín Berrocal, his ex-wife. The designer and mother of her joint daughter, Alba Díaz, shared her feelings this morning before the Europa Press microphones. According to her statements, she has already been able to speak with El Cordobés and make sure that everything is in order. An incident that has not greatly altered her vacation plan, which continues without major complications.

"Hello. Are any of you in El Rocío? If so, can you write me by direct message, please? ”, he asked his followers on Instagram, with an image of the hermitage of the Virgen del Rocío, in Almonte (Huelva). Without specifying the reason for her question, the young woman received several private messages confirming that she had lit candles thinking of her father. "I don't deserve you, I really don't. It's just that I haven't even had time to ask for the favor. I don't know how to thank you for this," she confessed.

For his part, El Cordobés was transferred from Huesca to Seville to continue his recovery without major problems, from the comfort of his home: “Back home and more than grateful to the Huesca fans, to the great medical team at the Plaza de bulls, the San Jorge Hospital team and of course each one of you who have worried about me... I am following my recovery closer to my family and thinking of shortening all times to be back as soon as possible”.

Along with the goring, Díaz also suffered "a blunt wound to the second finger of his left hand with a comminuted fracture (in which the bone breaks into two or more fragments) of the middle phalanx, with severe trauma to soft tissues and also injury to the radial collateral artery and the A2 pulley", according to the medical report signed by Dr. Enrique Crespo, all after being run over during the capotero salute to his first bull of the afternoon.
